Appointments are scheduled online or call the office. This modern convenience saves you time and makes it easier to make or change an appointment. If you are in need of an office, phone or video appointment, simply schedule it online. There is no need to wait for the office to open or wait on hold for a secretary. Once the appointment is made ,patients will get notification via text.

To make sure the doctor and other health care professionals is free to talk to you, please schedule a phone appointment whenever possible. Unscheduled calls will typically go to voicemail since the provider is likely with another patient.

The membership fee covers excellent primary care, nursing and rehab care, nutritional care, and also telemedicine visits, annual wellness exams, well-child exams, sports physicals, school physicals, basic procedures, treatment of acute illness or minor injuries and chronic condition management, all from the comfort of your own home. Patients can also access their online health record thru our portal at any time.
